MIDWEEK TENNIS  Midweek Tennis membership caters for social and competitive tennis during the week. Midweek Ladies interclub teams run through both the summer and winter seasons, and there are many social tournaments and events run throughout the year. Organised board play is Thursday mornings from 9.30 am until about 11.30, and different to many clubs Mission Bay is very proud to have a strong midweek mens membership who sometimes join in Thursday matches as well as organising their own social groups throughout the week. All Midweek members are eligible to play Wednesday night tennis which is the Club's main organised social night: Wednesday nights provide 'casual' play for players of all levels. New 'rounds' are made up every 20 minutes, with players paired as evenly as possible on each court. Games can be doubles, mixed or singles depending on the number of attendees. If you don't get many chances to play this is the night for you - with varied abilities of all players the night is a fun way to improve your skills and meet new people.
